Romoxie Walid Bivens of Chester Pennsylvania left this place we call earth peacefully in his sleep on May 23, 2020.Romoxie was born on August 17, 1975 to Pamela Bivens and James Pettiford in Chester Pennsylvania. Romoxie attended Chester Upland School District where he graduated. Romoxie worked for Local 413 and David Dodge in Glen Mills Pennsylvania. In 1997, at the tender age of 22 years old, he met Sherri Mills, together they have five children. Romoxie was a force of nature, family meant more to him than anything else in the world, and always tried his best to support them. Spending time with family was something he enjoyed most. Anyone who knew R0moxie knew that he was the most loving father, son, brother, and uncle a family could ask for. Romoxie also enjoyed eating crabs, cooking, watching sports the boys, picking the minds of his siblings, and taking pictures with his daughter. He always talked about the trip to the Made in America concert in Philadelphia Pennsylvania he took with his children and nephews. He could often be found taking long walks when he was not at home. Romoxie was predeceased by his Grandparents: Jesse Bivens, Charles Pettiford, Walter Thomas, Fay Pettiford, two Brothers: James Jackson and Eryk Pettiford. Romoxie leaves to cherish by his Parents: Pamela Bivens Hutt (Derreck) and James Pettiford (Diane), Grandmother: Patricia Bivens, five children: Romoxie, Walid, Nahkai, Mai and baby girl Sarai Bivens. Six Siblings: Romaine Bivens, Ryan Pettiford, Shjamari Bivens (Shamir), India Hollis (Christopher), Cibone Hutt and Katrice Pettiford. Two special sisters Deidre West and Katrina Thomas. Three Godmothers: Michelle Johnson, Charmaine Hollis, and Deborah Triggs-Davis. Eleven Aunts: Vanessa Thomas, Karen Bivens-Waters, Tamisha and Nicole Bivens, Patrice Lewis, Barbara Green, Celestine Leach, Joyce Jackson, Mattie Fergerson, Loretta Gray, and Deborah Turner. Five uncles: Derrick and Rondale Bivens, Charles and Ronald Pettiford, and Raymond Harmond. Two special nephews: Samir Henson and Shaheem Matthews. Five special cousins: Derrick Phillips, Danika Summers, Marquis Flagg, Malcolm Young and Clay Brewer. A Special Friend: Sherri Mills, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
