Ramaj A. Burton

Ramaj A. Burton was born on May 29, 2001 in Chester, Pa to Tameka Adams and Ronnie Burton. Our beautiful son, grandson, brother, nephew, uncle, cousin and friend life ended so suddenly on the evening of Friday, July 19, 2019. He was known as Cash Gang Maj, Majee or ‘My Majee’ to his mother. Ramaj was educated in the Chester Upland School District; he was a model student in school. Ramaj recently graduated from Chester Stem Academy, Class of 2019. At a young age, Ramaj loved to watch TV, play video games, spend quality time with family and friends and ride his bike. Ramaj loved having company overnight where he and his friends would stay up all night playing games and watching TV. Ramaj was presently employed at McDonalds of Boothwyn, PA where he loved to go to work and hardly ever missed any days from work. Ramaj would get his pay check and spend every dime on his “Lay”, clothing! His swag was like no other, he was the “Fly Guy”! Ramaj was such a respectful, handsome and humble young man. He was always a pleasure to talk with. He was loved by everyone he came in contact with throughout his life. He had a way of making people laugh. Ramaj was a dedicated and loyal son, grandson, nephew, uncle, cousin and friend. Ramaj will truly be missed. Ramaj is predeceased by his grandfather, Tyrone Bradley and his loving Aunt Keisha Burton. Ramaj leaves to cherish his every lasting memory his mother, Tameka Adams, Chester, PA; his father Ronnie “Mannie” Burton, Chester, PA; grandmother, Debra Bradley, South Carolina; maternal grandmother, Janice Anderson, Chester, PA; grandfather, Adolphus Adams, Chester, PA; one sister, Raniya Naylor-Burton, Chester, PA; three brothers, Kareem York, Wali Shepard and Rashon Lathem Burton all of Chester, PA; aunts, Arletta Burton, Tameka Burton-Bacon (Ronelle), Tarria Davis, Kyanna Palmer, all of Chester, PA; uncles, Adolphus Adams, Jeffrey Anderson, Tyrone Bradley, Hakeem Lee, Shawn Palmer, all of Chester, PA; one special niece Kennadi York and his special Godfather, Daryl Davis. Ramaj leaves to continue his ”legacy of love” a host of other aunts, uncles, cousins and friends especially the “Cash Gang” AKA “Maj Gang” who will truly miss him!
